Below are 17 great pages from a Cisitalia brochure, probably 1946 or early 1947.
It is not complete, though it is the best of the brochure. The images are not in any particular order. Enjoy.

Hi,
Nice and beautiful doc!
The french driver Robert Manzon began his career with the “D46 monoposto”, bought at the end of 1946. (he drove from Milano to his home in Marseille, about 520 km, without registration nor driving lights!).
He run his Cisitalia for the first time at the “Coupe Robert Benoist” held on june 17, 1947 at Nîmes (south France) and finished 3rd.
He race with the “D46” all the 1947 season and until the “Grand Prix du Roussillon” held on april 25, 1948.
The rest of this career is an “affair of the heart” with Simca-Gordini (and a little “infidelity” with Lancia and Ferrari in, 1953/1954)… but that’s another story! 😉

For Mark Sange.
From the research I have done, all the cars were owned by Dusio in the early period, and allocated at each race meeting to prevent any comment about bias, better cars for the favourites etc.
Following from this it would be difficult at best, and more likely nearly impossible to find an answer for Marks question.
My source for this is Pierro Taruffi books, who was largely responsible for getting this series of cars completed, and for running the races for the series.
