Monza, 15 April, Monza Italy
The Blancpain Endurance Series was organized in parallel with the FIA GT3 European Championship and the GT4 European Cup and is approved by the FIA and presented by the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium and SRO Motorsports Group, with the support of the prestigious Swiss watch manufacturer.

Ferrari-458GT3-1

Stefano Gattuso, Daniel Zampieri and Davide Rigon took the pole but fell back during the rain soaked race. First place went to a BMW Z4 and the Ferrari placed 4th overall.

Reserved for GT3 and GT4 cars, the Endurance series is divided into six rounds that take place at the prestigious European circuits of Monza, Silverstone, Paul Ricard, Spa-Francorchamps, Nurburgring and Navarra.

During the kickoff event at Monza, the Ferrari 458 GT3 of Kessel Racing driven by Stefano Gattuso, Daniel Zampieri and Davide Rigon took the pole position with a best lap of 1.47.923. For Rigon, who works for the Scuderia Ferrari in sporting activities linked to development of the cars, this marks a real return to competitive action after his accident at the first GP2 race in Turkey in 2011.

Ferrari-458GT-Pro-Am

Eugenio Amos, Giacomo Petrobelli and Alessandro Bonacini won the Pro-Am category and finished 6th overall.

On Sunday, the Ferrari best result went to the pole sitting Kessel Racing 458 GT3 which finished in fourth place overall. The race featured long periods behind the safety car because of bad weather, cancelling out the advantage of starting from pole position for the Italian team.

Entered by Vita4One Italia and driven by Eugenio Amos-Giacomo Petrobelli-Alessandro Bonacini, another Ferrari dominated the Pro Am Cup, taking class victory.

Rossi, Salucci-Ferrari 458GT

Gaetano Ardagna, Giuseppe Cirò and Daniel Brown in the Ferrari of AF Corse Ferraris had a gearbox problem that caused their retirement just 50 seconds from the finish.

Gerber-Ferrari-458GT

Driven by Jack Gerber and Marco Cioci, this 458GT finished but well down.

The 458 GT3 piloted by Louis Machiels and Andrea Bertolini finished in 8th place among the Pro Am cars. The Ferrari driven by Jack Gerber and Marco Cioci finished in 22nd place in the class, followed by the sister car of Howard Blanck, Yannick Mallegol and Jean Marc Bachelier, which was 27th in the Pro Am class at the flag.
