Geneva with Alessandro Gerelli

LaFerrari features a V12 6.3 liter, 800 bhp engine plus two electric engines. Only 499 will be built and sold for 1.2 million euros.

Belumbury: an Italian brand that specializes in small city cars presented the Dany, that may be supplied with electric or thermal propulsion.

I.E.D. (European Institute of Design based in Turin and Milan) Gloria Concept: a prototype developed with Alfa Romeo to be modified according to the customer requirements. The engine will probably be a Ferrari or Maserati V6 or V8.

Alfa Romeo 4C: carbon fiber chassis, 4 cylinder engine with 240 bhp and TCT automatic gearbox. The production will be 1000 cars per year.

Soleil, an Italian brand based in Milan, presented this 6.2 liter V8, 651 bhp.

Back to the 60s: Pininfarina Dino prototype.

Giugiaro Parcour: to celebrate its 45 years, Giugiaro presented this 2 seats and 4 wheel-drive car with a Lamborghini 10 cylinder engine.

Lamborghini Veneno: Built to celebrate the 50 years of the brand. Only 3 cars will be sold at a price of 3 million euro. The engine is a V12 of 6.5 liters and gives 750 bhp. The body has been designed according to all the requirements of aerodynamics.

Gumpert Apollo sport: 8 cyl 4.2 liter 700 bhp.

Fornasari Gigi 311GT with a GM engine. This Italian manufacturer is based near Vicenza.

    a few corrections if I may:
    Alfa 4C chassis is carbon fibre.
    Bertone Aston Martin shooting brake is in fact the Jet 2 from 2003, the new Jet2+2 was shown alongside it

    Best looking car at Geneva this year… Dino prototype of the 60s. Why cant design houses produce elegant cars any more !

    I always liked Gandini’s signature rear arch but it doesn’t work on the Veneno.
    The 60s Dino is so elegantly simple, will we someday look at today’s prototypes and think they were brilliant? I don’t think so.
