At the very beginning of the EXPO 2015 that is held in Milan from May to October, the local fansorganized an Iso Rivolta meeting in Bresso, just inside the old, now neglected factory.

As already told in VeloceToday, (“Iso Rivolta Anniversary” of 2002 see archived story), there was a dream to build an Iso museum and other attractions, but the project was delayed due to the crisis that involved the whole Italy.

This year’s meeting was two days long with an exhibition of motorbikes, Isettas and cars coming from all Europe. About 25 cars, more than 10 Isettas and lot of motorbikes helped the crowds recall a manufacturer that disappeared in 1974.

Among the cars also an Iso 90 of which we have written in a story of 2010 (“Iso Rivolta 90 reborn again”). It is an attempt to recreate of the Iso brand based on a project of Iso Engineering built by Mako Shark.

It was an excellent event, well organized with a lot of melancholy from all the passionate car lovers.

The unpainted car labeled “Iso Grifo A3C” is actually an Iso Rivolta A3/C Sanction II produced by Roberto Negri.
