Once in a while I’m forced to go into the depths of our files to remember what I had forgotten we have lying around. Then I think, well, shucks, I bet our readers would like to see some of this stuff. And so, we give you the below without further editorializing. The first brochure is from 1966.
The below brochures is from 1959 and features all the Flaminia body styles.

What about the Flaminia convertible? While the interior was the same as the GT coupe, being able to see it without the roof was just plain wonderful!

I owned the Flamina GT convertible withthe carroz touring superleggera body and the removeable hard top in 1967 while assigned to Italy. I absolutely loved that car. The V6 with the downdraft three two barrel weber carburetors and the transaxcle made it a contender and a winner in many hill climbs and road races. The only problems I had with the car was with the hood scoup cracking on the front edges (Aluminum) and it blowing a sparkplug into the hood during a race. Again loved that car and wished I still had it.

I think I have the Flaminia Supersport Zagato brochure stored under the house somewhere – I must dig it out!
Back in the 1970’s I bought a lovely Flaminia Sport Zagato, a 2.5 litre model, with triple Webers. I remember that I paid around 550 pounds for it, purchased from a local baker in South London. It went well and was in very sound, but not perfect condition but I couldn’t really afford to maintain it properly. Great car – I still regret parting with it.
