Legends at Le Mans

Sir Stirling Moss at the wheel of his own 1956 Osca FS 372

Colorful legends at Le Mans this year featured 79-year-old Sir Stirling Moss and his OSCA FS 372. Moss is no stranger to OSCAs; he won at Sebring with an OSCA MT4 in 1954.


1964 Dino 206S driven British collector Harry Leventis.


British journalist Tony Dron on the 1960 Ferrari 246 S, 3th OA


The winner was Brazilian Carlos Monteverde in his
Ferrari 250 LM s/n 6313.


1956 Panhard X86, 745 cc.


1957 DB Barquette HBR, Panhard engine of 750 cc. This car took part to the Le Mans 24 hrs and the Tour Auto in 1957; this one is the only survivor.


1965 Alpine Renault A210 with a 1500 cc engine

    re #7 osca –
    either the osca body is huge or sir stirling is awfully short. when i sat in mine my head was well over the roll bar which would be illegal today.
