During the event, Mayor Moratti said “I think it is right to continue to value the Arese Museum here where it is. It is an extraordinary museum, a patrimony that deserves to be bound by the Cultural Assets.”

In addition, to enhance the heritage pf Alfa Romeo, the Mayor has brought forward a new initiative related to the Expo, called the “Raid (rally) of the Peace” (Raid della Pace e della Fratellenza).

I will be among those enrolled in defense of a patrimony that supports the Grand Prix to remain in Monza.”

The Alfa Museo is three stories of historic Alfa cars plus some aircraft and even kitchen items (1946 era). If coming in from Malpensa Airport toward Milano, take the Rho exit from the A.S. Do not go through the pay station just south of the Rho exit. From Rho, take the road east over the A.S. to Arese. Since the Museo is located along side the Alfa factory, you have to go through the entry gate. Best make reservations.
