We do have a photo of Steve, Debbie and the Balilla. Congratulations on your best in class.
As a matter of fact....

Loved the write up of the Concorso and we look forward to future photos and information about the event. From a purely self-interest point of view, we hope you were able to capture some photos of our 1933 Fiat Balilla Series I that took best Fiat/Abarth at the show.

We had a wonderful time and saw many cars that we'd only read about in books -- we're looking forward to bringing another surprise entry to next year's Concorso to see how we'll fair in the Lancia division!

Thanks again!

Things we have missed

Summer went fast. Here are a few shots from another event time did not permit us to cover. Le Belle Macchine d'Italia, held in the Poconos on June 29-July 1st, was a successful combination of track event and concours. Joe Corbaccio did a wonderful job bringing together new and old Maseratis, Alfas, De Tomasos, Lambos and Ferraris, among many others. This year the concours was held on the grounds of the beautiful Skytop Lodge, while the track event was at the Poconos Raceway. It was fun, thanks Joe.

Above: Blindingly fast, blinding white, Countach.

Left: Maseratis past and present were in abundance. Here's two, which would you choose?

A brace of Isos tend their way to the award ceremony.

Joe Nastasi brought along the Alfa T33 for us to admire. More on this car in a later issue.

Above: Panteras in the hues of the 1970s.

Right: And throw in a 450S to boot---

A Stanguellini for sale caught our attention and fed our fantasies.

For a modern, the Ferrari 333SP has absolutely great lines. There is a photo op at every corner.
