While Brit Jonathan Sharp covered the event from the beaches of the Breakers, from Milan came our correspondent Alessandro Gerelli to capture some of the action at the adjacent races at Palm Beach International Raceway. Just as at the Cavallino Classic, this year’s event at Palm Beach International Raceway was a spectacle of cars but not owners. We have not associated the cars with their owners per their request for a bit of privacy. Ed.

Pete,
Nothing wrong with leaving out the car owners names, but the cars themselves should be identified as to make, model, type and year.
Not every reader is as knowledgeable as you or I.

Oh, of course we discussed that. But in general, all of our readers know the cars and yet with lack of specific car information, we could guess wrong, witness the Cavallino 2 article! If we get updated and correct car ids, we’ll put in captions later on.

What was up with the Ex-Kirk White Daytona? Neet shot, but did it hit anything? Beautiful photos!

Captions would be nice where possible.
The last photo is of a Talbot Lago repro that was built by TLC Carossiers starting in the early 90s. These are one of the few replicas that work with current wheel sizes, and are quite beautiful and well proportioned. I saw one in person at Moroso raceway and was quite impressed. I think they made about 30 all told, and I believe the company is for sale. Anyone want to go into the car business?
