VeloceToday Correspondent
Marcel Massini Switzerland
Born in Geneva in 1957, Marcel was educated in Basel, which endowed him with fluency in several languages and a "cosmopolitan view of life." At the age of 17 he wrote his first article for the English Ferrari club model magazine, and today his stories and reports appear in the premier Ferrari magazines all over the world.
He has authored Ferrari by Vignale, Ferrari 250LM, and is working on the Ferrari 250 Mille Miglia, to be published in 2002-2003 in Italy. "My aim is to ensure that everything I write is as complete and accurate as possible, which is a sound basis for any good historian." The owner of a huge database and an enormous archive of vintage prints, his files run into the thousands. Not to mention Ferrari books, over 800 of which are stored with Swiss precision in his library. Marcel is our Ferrari man in Europe, and brings to VeloceToday timely stories of the most interesting Ferraris in the world.
