This article, first published in 2003, was noticed by the Italian creator of the Autosud Napoli, and eventually resulted in the fascinating story related by Mr. Rosa Rosa about how he constructed, lost and found again the three Autosud Formula Juniors in 2007. The Amazing Story of the Autosuds of Napoli

For almost a half century, Gioacchino Rosa Rosa, of Naples, Italy, believed that the three Formula Juniors he designed and built in 1958-59 were lost to the ages.

Imagine, then, his surprise and gratification when he found, through the marvels of the Internet and VeloceToday that in fact two Autosud Formula Juniors were still in existence and highly prized by their owners. In 2006, for VeloceToday, Mr. Rosa Rosa detailed the full story of the Autosuds, the first Formula Juniors to be designed with four wheel independent suspension. Here is his remarkable story.
