ARESE 23 February 2019 – This year the ‘Scuderia del Portello’ celebrated its drivers and friends with the awarding of the ‘Campioni Alfa Romeo’, an event that the team has organized since 1993 to celebrate the past season and inaugurate the new one. La Scuderia del Portello Awards

On February 25, as it does every year since 1993, the Scuderia del Portello opened the new season with the “Alfa Romeo Award of Champions” for the drivers who have excelled in competitions and official events of the past season, driving both historical and modern Alfa Romeo cars.

The event was held at the historic Alfa Romeo Museum in Arese and also celebrated 35 years of the Scuderia del Portello. Present during the ceremony were President of the Lombardy Region, Roberto Maroni; the President of the Lombardy Regional Committee CONI Oreste Perri; President ACI Milano, Ivan Capelli, and the director general Arexpo Marco Carabelli. Arese (Milan), February 6, 2016 – Each year, the Scuderia del Portello Alfa Romeo rewards its drivers during a meeting in the multipurpose room of the renovated Museo Storico Alfa Romeo. For the first time since it was renovated, the Alfa Romeo Museum in Arese hosted the traditional awarding of the Portello Scuderia Champions. More than 300 guests from Japan, Portugal, England, Belgium, Germany, Mexico and Australia came together to celebrate with great enthusiasm and emotion their common passion for the brand Alfa Romeo. Scuderia Portello at Milan Autoclassica

The second edition of Milan AutoClassica, held between February 22 and 24, is an event that is rapidly becoming a key venue for lovers of glorious cars of the past.

There were several legendary cars from the Alfa Romeo Museum in Arese, whose exhibition kicked off the celebrations for the fiftieth anniversary of the Chiti Autodelta works. These include the TZ, the 1300 GTA, the 33/2 Daytona, the 33TT12 that won the World Sports Car Championship in ’75 and ’77, and the 179 F1 experimental.
