Peugeot at Le Mans 2009

Peugeot broke Audi’s grip at Le Mans this year with the 908 HDI FAP driven by Marc Gene/Alexander Wurz/David Brabham. Both Peugeot and Audi were running diesel-engined cars.

Mille Miglia 2009 in French

In the 1954 Mille Miglia, a 4CV Renault was driven by the team of Redele/Pons to victory in the Special Touring class, followed by two other Renaults.

French History at Retro 2009

This turn of the century tiller Peugeot was typical of their 19th century products. Five cars were sold in 1891 and by 1899 the firm was selling over 300 cars per year. The history of Peugeot tracks the entire history of the automobile from three wheel steam cars of the 1870s to the energy efficient cars of the 21st century.
