WILLIAMSBURG ART GALLERY TO OPEN OCTOBER 1st, 2015

Gulay Berryman, Gallery Director, is pleased to announce that the ‘Williamsburg Art Gallery’ will be opening on October 1st, 2015 at 440A W. Duke of Gloucester St (Merchants Square). Williamsburg, VA 23185. Mayor Clyde Haulman will preside over a ribbon-cutting opening ceremony at 10AM and the ‘vernissage’ will begin at 4:30PM. The gallery will exhibit the work of over twenty different painters, sculptors and artists from the greater Willamsburg area, other US states and Europe. It will have a program of hosting regular events featuring performances and cultural presentations across all art forms and educational topics. Most importantly, the gallery will seek to be responsive to our community’s specific interests in art styles and subjects and to this end, looks forward to engaging in an open and ongoing dialog with our many fine art enthusiasts. Please come and join us to celebrate this event!

According to Gulay’s husband Clyde Berryman (read Bois de Bolougne), he has consigned some limited edition Michael Turner prints which were part of a commemorative edition celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Monza Autodrome. These prints will be on display and available for purchase during the opening ceremonies on October 1st.
