Le Belle Macchine d'Italia

Le Belle Macchine d'Italia again will host the largest Ferrari, Maserati and Alfa Romeo event on the East Coast, with over 350 Ferraris, Maseratis, Lamborghinis and many other great Italian automobiles. The event, which takes place in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Eastern Pennsylvania, features over 18 hours of track time on the 2.5 mile road coarse at Pocono International Raceway.
In addition, the world class Concorso site is the crown jewel of the Poconos; Skytop Lodge & Resort in Skytop, PA. Built in 1925 as an Executive Retreat and meticulously maintained to the highest standards. It offers Old World ambiance, with modern amenities.
In 2000 Le Belle Macchine featured the North American debut of the Pagani Zonda, in 2001 Lamborghini Factory Test Driver Valentino Balboni took participants on demonstration rides on the track at speeds in excess of 170 mph. In attendance last year were such icons of the Italian Automotive World as Piero Rivolta of Iso Rivolta fame, and former Pininfarina & Ghia designer Tom Tjaarda. This year will be full of surprises for all Italian car enthusiasts. Maserati of Long Island will have a number of the new Coupes & Spyders on hand for demonstration drives. There will also be exclusive sessions for the participants in the Ferrari 360 & Historic Challenge Series. Talk with factory representatives about the new Lamborghini Murcielago. And who knows
maybe catch a ride with factory test driver Valentino Balboni!
