1930s popular Fiat Balilla 508 Sport Spider. 37hp from a 995cc 4-cylinder, plenty then.

The creation of Renzo Rivolta and Giotto Bizzarrini, this 1965 Iso Rivolta GT runs a 327-inch Corvette engine. 800 were made between 1962 and 1970.

Show co-founder Merkel Weiss with wife Flora Jean, son David, and their 1958 Fiat 600 Multipla.

Dirk Stoehr's stunning 1953 Alfa Romeo 1900 Ghia.

Topolini means "Little Mouse." Its 569cc 4-cylinder makes 13hp, and 53mph possible, sometimes. Mass produced in Italy from 1936 to 1955.

Best of France & Italy co-founders Tina Van Curen and husband Chuck Forward.

Solo picnic in a park full of cars, with yellow Fiat Balilla and stately Lancia Lambda, Vincenzo Lancia's masterpiece. Way ahead of their time, Lambdas were built from 1922 to 1931.

Cutest of the cute is this 1960 Autobianchi Bianchina.

Is this Alfa-esque carnival ride auto from Austria The Ultimate Trailer Queen?

Dan Kolodziejski's 1955 Abarth 207A Spider Boano curiously, albeit purposely, asymmetrical in design.

Come one, come all. This short-of-restored Fiat 600 was for sale "as is."

Citroen duo. Viviane Koller's 1957 rouge et noir 11BL and Chuck Forward's 1939 Light 15, one of 1,038 built in Slough, England.

An air-cooled 2-stroke twin powers this midget Vespa 400. When new in 1960 it cost $1,080.

Mark Morgan's 1963 Facel Vega II. 182 were hand-built in Paris. Powered by Chrysler Wedge V8, these world's fastest 2+2s were good for 155mph.

1957 Dual Ghia, absolute must for "The Rat Pack". Frank, Dean, Peter and Sammy all owned one, as did Lucy, Hoagie and Vic Damon. Of 117 made, 40 remain.

Some of what Frank and the boys, and girls, saw from inside the Dual Ghia.

The Petersen Automotive Museum's Chairman of the Board Bruce Meyer and his Ferrari 275GTB/4, a delicious driver he drove to and from 2003's Monterey Historics. He's owned it for 31 years!

It's all about France and Italy here. Citroen Traction Avants and Ducati Desmo.
